玄武岩纤维填料在废水处理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 在相同实验条件下,采用间歇非稳态实验方法对分别含有弹性填料、组合填料和玄武岩纤维填料的接触氧化池进行了氧传质效能的研究以及玄武岩纤维填料的挂膜实验。结果表明:与无填料的相比,含玄武岩纤维填料的接触氧化池氧传质系数(KLa(20))最大增加了37%,弹性填料的KLa(20)最大增加了50%,组合填料的Ka(20)最大增加了22%;玄武岩纤维在通过7d的培养后,生物膜对于废水中化学耗氧量的去除率可达到85.3%,玄武岩纤维的总生物量为90~150kg/m^3,优于弹性填料和组合填料。 The experiments on oxygen transfer efficiency and basalt fiber bio-film culturing were conducted in a biological con- tact oxidation tank filled with elastic filler, combined filler or basalt fiber by intermittent unsteady aeration method under the same conditions. The result showed that as compared with the tank without filler, the contact oxidation tank filled with basalt fiber, e- lastic filler or combined filler had the oxygen transfer coefficient (KLa(20) ) with the increase maximum of 37% ,50% and 22% , respectively ;the bin-film of basalt fiber offered the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand of 85.3% and the total biomass was 90 - 150 kg/m^3 in 7-day culturing;and basalt fiber as the filler was better than elastic filler and combined filler.
