摘要
目的分析介入热化疗栓塞对肝癌患者血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)水平的影响及其临床价值。方法选择在该院接受治疗的肝癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受常规介入治疗的对照组,以及接受介入热化疗栓塞治疗的观察组。比较两组患者的血清VEGF和MMP水平,血清缺氧诱导因子及炎症因子水平等差异。结果观察组患者接受介入热化疗栓塞治疗后各个时期的血清VEGF含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受介入热化疗栓塞治疗后的MMP-2、MMP-9和MMP-13水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受介入热化疗栓塞治疗后的血清低氧诱导因子(HIF)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论介入热化疗栓塞治疗可以明显降低肝癌患者血清VEGF和MMP含量,减少缺氧诱导因子表达,减轻全身炎症状态。
【Objective】To analyze the effect of interventional heated chemotherapy on hepatocarcinoma patients' serum VEGF, MMP levels and its clinical value.【Methods】The patients with hepatocarcinoma in our hospital were chosen as research objects, and randomly divided into control group with routine interventional treatment, observation group with interventional heated chemotherapy. The serum VEGF, MMP levels, serum levels of hypoxia inducing factors and inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. 【Results】Serum VEGF levels of observation group patients was significantly lower than those of control group patients(P〈0.05). Serum MMP-2, MMP-9, MMP-13 levels of observation group patients were significantly lower than those of control group patients(P〈0.05). Serum HIF, IFN-γ, TNF-α levels of observation group patients were significantly lower than those of control group patients(P〈0.05). 【Conclusion】 Interventional heated chemotherapy could obviously reduce hepatocarcinoma patients' serum VEGF, MMP, reduce hypoxia inducing factor expression, and relieve systemic inflammation.
