摘要
本文通过真空感应炉熔炼法制备4J29合金铸锭,采用拉拔工艺,使用氯化石蜡-52#作为润滑剂获得4J29合金丝材,对腐蚀后的表面进行了分析和表征。发现腐蚀区域均含有氯元素,通过对氯化石蜡-52#进行分析,确定了该润滑剂可以导致最终丝材成品表面的腐蚀。
4J29 alloy ingot was prepared by vacuum induction melting. The alloy wire was fabricated by drawing with chloririated paraffin-52#. The surface corroded was analyzed through SEM. The results showed that Cl was on the region corroded. It was conformed that chloririated paraffin-52# could lead the surface of the wire to be corroded.
