对热性惊厥患儿家长进行系统健康教育的效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨对热性惊厥患儿家长进行系统健康教育的临床效果。方法选取76例热性惊厥患儿为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组38例。对照组患儿家长给予传统说教式健康教育,研究组患儿家长进行系统健康教育,比较两组患儿家长对疾病知识技能的掌握程度、医护工作满意度和患儿出院后1年复发率等。结果与对照组比较,研究组患儿家长疾病知识技能掌握程度较好,医护工作满意度较高,患儿复发率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对热性惊厥患儿家长实施系统健康教育能够提高患儿家长对医护工作满意度和对疾病知识技能的掌握程度,降低热性惊厥复发率。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical effect of systematic health education to the parents of pediatric patients with febrile convulsions. METHODS Clinical included 76 cases of pediatric patients with febrile convulsions were randomly divided into study group and control group, each group of 38 cases. Parents of control group received traditional didactic health education, while par- ents of study group received systematic health education. Comparison of two groups of parents on the knowledge, skills and health care work satisfaction and one-year-later recurrence rate of the pediatric patients. RESULTS The cognition of febrile convulsions to parents of pediatric patients and satisfaction of parents in study group were better than control group, and one-year-later recurrence rate of the pediatric patients was lower than control group, and there was statistically significant difference(P〈0.01). CONCLUSION The implementation of systematic health education could improve the parents' satisfaction of the heahh care and cognition of febrile convulsions to parents of pediatric patients, and reduce the recurrence of febrile convulsion rate.
