摘要
对现有各类常用的测功机工作原理、性能及优缺点进行比对分析,选择磁粉制动器为摊铺机试验台的模拟加载设备,并对摊铺机试验台螺旋布料器的模拟加载设备进行设计选型。经理论分析计算,磁粉制动器能较好满足摊铺机加载试验台的各项加载需要。
In this paper, the working principle, performance, merits and faults of dynamometers which are usually used are analyzed and compared. By contrast, a magnetic powder brake is chosen as load simulation equipment of paver test bench and the selection process of spiral-feeder's load simulation equipment is analyzed concretely.
