摘要
重点研究了知识吸收能力与企业服务创新之间的相关性问题。在拟定知识吸收能力和服务创新指标体系基础上,通过对100家企业进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型定量分析确定两者之间相关性。分析结果显示,知识吸收能力与服务创新之间具有显著相关性,并且知识应用对知识吸收过程具有显著影响,服务技术创新在很大程度上影响服务创新效果。
The basic problem of this paper is the correlation between knowledge absorptive capability and enterprise service innovation.Based on the formulation of knowledge absorptive capacity and service innovation index system,the paper uses SPSS for descriptive statistics and inspection of the quality of the data,the relationship between knowledge absorption ability and service innovation was quantitatively analyzed by structural equation model,and the correlation between them was determined.The analysis results show that knowledge absorption capability and service innovation has significant correlation,and knowledge application has a significant impact on knowledge absorption process.and technological innovation affects Service innovation effect in a great extent.This study can enrich the theory system of knowledge absorption ability and service innovation to a certain extent,and reflect the knowledge absorption ability being practical significance from the target of the innovation performance.
