摘要
产业的发展有赖于构建完整的产业布局,更需要较高的城镇化水平作为其持续发展的载体,然而城镇化滞后于工业化是我国经济区发展的主要弊端。基于沈阳经济区产城融合发展的现状,通过层次分析法构建沈阳经济区产城融合程度评价体系,并为各类评价指标赋予权重,最终采用模糊综合评价法得出沈阳经济区产城融合水平,并提出政策建议。
The development of industry depends on the construction of a complete industrial layout,which needs a higher level of urbanization as a carrier for its sustainable development. However,it is the main problems of the development of economic zone that urbanization lags behind industrialization in China.Based on the status quo of the development of the production and city integration of Shenyang Economic Zone,the evaluation system of the integration degree between industry and city is established through the analytic hierarchy process,and all evaluation index are weighted. Finally integration level between industry and city in Shenyang Economic Zone is found out using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and policy suggestion is proposed.
