摘要
针对汽车外覆盖件冲压模具中基准凸模翻边滑块复位困难的问题进行了分析,结合滑块在加工、装配等方面出现的问题,为解决凸模滑块复位困难,缩短模具制造周期,提出了一个在翻边滑块中应用V型导板的设计准则,同时通过对V型导板应用的进一步推广,可在其它模具中设计V型导板代替锥形平衡块的使用,降低制造难度,节约成本,供类似结构设计者参考。
This paper of automobile outer covering stamping die standard convex flanging die slider reset problem analysis, combined with the slider in the processing, assembly, for solving convex die slider reset difficulties, reduces the die manufacturing cycle, put forward a the flanging sliding block in the application of V type guide plate design criterion. At the same time, through the further promotion of V type plate, in the die design V type guide plate instead of conical balance block the use, reduce the manufacture difficulty, cost savings, for a class is a structure designer reference.
