摘要
科研发展战略评估是高校科研管理的重要环节,也是推动高校科研发展战略贯彻落实的重要途径。本文在分析高校科研战略评估起源及其现实问题的基础上,以其战略自评为目标,厘清了评估涉及的基本要素,提出了评估的操作流程,研究了评估的实施方法。
ST development strategy assessment is an important part of university research management. It is also an important way to promote ST development strategy to implement. This paper studies the framework to assess university ST development strategy assessment,also proposes the basic elements,the operating procedures and the implement methods of ST development strategy assessment.
