摘要 脊柱内固定术常用来治疗脊柱创伤及椎体滑脱、脊柱侧弯、椎管狭窄等各类脊柱疾病。随着脊柱内固定材料及手术操作技术的不断进步,脊柱内固定术的手术量逐年增加。尽管现代的无菌条件有了长足的进步,但脊柱术后感染仍是脊柱内固定术后一个不可忽视的问题,它不仅显著增加医疗费用,而且可能会导致内固定的失败、骨髓炎及假关节的形成,甚至会威胁生命。 Spinal fixation is often used to treat spinal injury and various kinds of spinal diseases such as vertebral slippage,scoliosis,spinal canal stenosis,etc. Along with the progress of materials and operative tech-nique of spinal internal fixation,the spinal internal fixation surgery number has been increasing year by year. Although modern aseptic condition has made great progress,the spinal postoperative infection is still an unne-glectable problem,which is not only a significant increase in medical expenses,but also may lead to the fail-ure of the internal fixation,osteomyelitis,and pseudarthrosis formation,and is even life threatening.
