摘要
目的分析山西省育龄流动人口计划生育服务满意度影响因素。方法采用随机整群抽样方法抽取山西省1119名育龄流动人口,采取结构式问卷进行调查。结果单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、职业、户口性质、家庭人均月收入、已生育孩子数、来现居住地的主要原因、现居住地居住方式和是否在非户籍地参加医保对计生服务满意度影响不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同避孕方法选择中,选择避孕套的研究对象对所提供的计生服务满意率最高为89.89%;不同避孕方法选择主体中,通过计生人员/医生决定避孕方法的研究对象对计生服务满意率最高为90.33%;不同计生服务场所中,在计划生育指导所(站)获得的满意度最高为87.03%。多因素分析结果表明,性别、职业、家庭人均月收入、户口性质、生育孩子数、来居住地的主要原因、是否参加当地医保、主要避孕方法、避孕方法主要决定者和计划生育服务提供场所对计生服务满意度均有影响。结论山西省育龄流动人口对计生服务的满意度受到性别、职业、家庭人均月收入、户口性质、生育孩子数、来居住地的主要原因、是否参加当地医保、主要避孕方法、避孕方法主要决定者和计生服务提供场所的影响。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction of family planning service among migrant population in Shanxi. Methods A total of 1 119 migrant women of childbearing age were selected from Shanxi by random cluster sampling method, a con- strueted questionnaire survey was performed. Results Univariate analysis showed that the effects of different genders, careers, household registrations, average monthly family incomes per person, the numbers of children, main reasons of coming to the current city, residential methods in the current city, and whether or not having medical insurance in the current city on satisfaction of family planning service were different, there were statistically significant differences （ P〈0.05 ） ; among different contraceptive measures, the satisfaction of family plan- ning service among the study objects choosing condom was the highest, accounting for 89.89% ; among different obtaining routes, the satis- faction of family planning service among the study objects choosing contraceptive methods advised by family planning workers and doctors was the highest, accounting for 90. 33% ; among different service places, the satisfaction of family planning service among the study objects obtai- ning service in family planning office （station） was the highest, accounting for 87.03%. Multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of satisfaction of family planning service included gender, occupation, family per capita monthly income, registered permanent resi- dence, the number of children, the main reason to come to the current city, whether or not receiving medical insurance in the current city, main contraceptive methods, main deciders of selecting contraceptive methods, and the institutes to provide family planning serv- ice.
