摘要
通过对232份能源甜高粱材料进行室内耐盐发芽试验,筛选出57份耐盐等级在2级以上的芽期耐盐性较好的材料,并对这57份材料进行了盐碱田鉴定,结合甜高粱材料的农艺性状调查指标,最终筛选出锤度高于16°及耐盐等级2级以上的材料4份,可在甜高粱育种工作中应用。
Salt tolerant germination rates of 232 energy sweet sorghum materials were determined in this study. 57 salt tolerance materials of more than level 2 were screened, and salt and alkali resistances were identificated in the field. Combining with the sweet sorghum agronomic traits, 4 materials of hammer degrees higher than 16° and salt tolerance more than level 2 were screened, for sweet sorghum salt tolerance breeding.
