摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一组气流受限为特征的肺部疾病,气流受限不完全可逆,呈进行性发展,重叠综合征(overlap syndrome)为COPD并发阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS),改善气道通畅性是临床上治疗COPD及OS的方向之一,支气管扩张剂是主要的治疗药物,能够减轻症状并减少其急性发作次数。抗胆碱能药物作为一类很重要的支气管扩张剂,在临床上发挥着重要作用。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a chronic and progressive inflammatory respiratory disorder with clinical manifestation of airflow limitation that is not fully reversible. Overlap syndrome is a syndrome that COPD and OSAS coexistent in one person. To improve the airflow of the airway is one of the clinical treatment of COPD and OS. Bronchodilators are the most important medications, which can reduce the frequency and severity of exacerbations. Anti-cholinergic agent as an important bronchodilator, is playing a crucial part in the clinical treatment.
