摘要
基于对光子晶体禁带的研究,设计了六边形散射元,构建了六边形光子晶体结构模型。利用平面波展开法,对六边形散射元的光子晶体禁带特性进行了分析。分别在TE模式和TM模式下计算了光子晶体的禁带宽度,通过改变散射元的结构参数和旋转角度,获得了最大相对禁带宽度。
Based on analysis of the influence factors for photonic crystal band-gaps, hexagonal scatterers model was designed. The band-gap of photonic crystal with hexagonal scatterers in the two-dimensional hexagonal lattice structure was calculated by using the plane wave expansion method. The band-gaps of photonic crystal TE-mode and TM-mode field were calculated and the relative width of band-gaps was ana- lyzed. In addition, the best model was gotten by changing parameters of the scatterers and rotation degrees.
