摘要
保障性住房建设规模大、建设数量多,对项目管理工作提出了更高要求。管理体制落后、项目成本控制不到位、资源配置管理体系不合理等都影响到项目管理工作的严格执行。通过构建人力资源管理体系,加强成本控制和质量、安全管理,建立工程绩效激励机制和管理监督机制等一系列的项目管理制度,为项目建设奠定了基础。
At present, the scale and quantity of indemnificatory housing become larger and larger, having higher requirements for project management. Out-of-date management system, ineffective project cost control and irrational resource allocation management system constrain the strict implementation of project management. A series of project management systems were established, such as HR management system, cost control, quality and safety management, etc., to provide a solid material basis for project construction.
