摘要
超声相控阵检测技术具有提高检测灵敏度、分辨力和信噪比等优点。该文基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)技术,控制接收部分的信号以完成电压隔离,放大,滤波处理并转换为低电压差分信号(LVDS)等功能,实现了超声相控阵接收控制系统的小型化和数据传输的高速化。实验结果表明,处理的信号满足所需要求,系统稳定,对相控阵接收系统的优化具有重要意义。
There are many advantages of ultrasonic phased array testing technology,such as improved sensitivity,resolution and signal to noise ratio.Based on FPGA technology,the receiving signal was.controlled to achieve the voltage isolation,amplification,filtering and then was converted to the function of LVDS signal.The miniaturization of ultrasonic phased array receiving control system and high speed data transmission was realized.The experimental results showed that the signal processing system was stable to meet the requirements which had important meaning to improve the phased array receiving system.
