摘要 煤矿安全事故是由多种因素综合作用导致的。为了深入分析和挖掘煤矿安全事故的致因,找出导致煤矿安全事故的共性和本质原因,总结事故发生的规律,在人因分析与分类系统(Human Factors Analysis and Classification System,HFACS)框架的基础上,构建了煤矿安全事故致因模型,设计了相应的数据模型,建立了关系型煤矿安全事故数据库并开发了相应的数据库系统。该系统的开发有利于分层统计和深入分析事故发生的原因,能够为煤矿安全预警、煤矿灾害安全评价和决策支持等提供基础数据,从而便于煤炭企业有针对性和侧重点地采取措施预防煤矿安全事故的发生。 A coal mine accident is caused by different factors. For the purpose of deeply analyzing accident causation,finding out common causes and essential reasons which lead to coal mine accidents,and summarizing accident rules,a coal mine accident causation model based on HFACS( Human Factors Analysis and Classification System)is set up on the basis of which a corresponding relational data model is designed and a coal mine accident database system is developed. Developing the system is conducive to hierarchical statistics and deep analysis of accident causation factors. The system can also provide basic data for mine safety warning,coal mine disaster safety assessment and decision support,thus it becomes easy for coal enterprises to take effective and targeted measures to prevent coal mine accidents.
