摘要
从经济富裕度、环境优美度、资源承载度、生活便利度和社会安全度五个方面构建了评价武汉市城市宜居性的指标体系。基于主成分分析法,对武汉市城市宜居性进行了实证分析,并针对武汉市目前存在的不宜居性的主要问题,提出了大力发展经济、加强城市人居环境建设与保护、加大基础设施建设、完善社会保障体系和提高居住水平等对策。
Based on pre-persons＇ theory research of livability, this paper designs an index system from five spects： economy, environment, resources, living convenience and social security. This paper expands the empirical analysis of Wuhan city livability based on statistical data and principal components analysis. In view of the outstanding problems for Wuhan City, this paper puts forward that the city makes great efforts to develop the economy, strengthen the construction of urban living environment and infrastructure, improve the security system and living standards.
