摘要
高职教育正处于由"数量扩张"向"质量提升"的转型发展阶段,面临着一系列问题和挑战,制约了高职教育的进一步发展。为避免高职教育步入恶性循环的怪圈,要做好"加减乘除法",即加强职业性定位、减少同质化风险、乘势聚力谋发展、除去自卑性心理,努力推进高职教育可持续发展。
Higher education is in the transition stage from ＂quantity expansion＂ to ＂quality improvement＂.Faced with a series of problems and challenges, the further development of higher vocational education has been restricted. In order to avoid the higher vocational education into the vicious circle, we should take steps to do ＂addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division＂. That is to say, we should strengthen vocational positioning,reduce the risk of homogeneity, gather force in development and eliminate the inferiority complex, in order to try to advance the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
