摘要
为了提高轴承产品的互换性,在CREO环境下研究滚动轴承的系列化实现方法。设计了6208深沟球轴承的参数化CAD模型样板,在此基础上实现了不同规格轴承的结构参数编辑和模型重建。以C++语言为开发工具,采用动态链接技术创建了滚动轴承的数据交换与运行模式,成功开发了基于CREO平台的滚动轴承系列化设计交互界面,有效增强了轴承产品开发的灵活性,并为同类产品的系列化设计和市场转型提供了技术依据。
For improving interchangeability of bearing product,the method of rolling bearing serializing design is researched under the environment of CREO. The parametric CAD model template of deep groove ball bearing 6208 is designed,and then the structural parameters edited of different specifications bearing and its model reconstruction are achieved on this basis. The data exchange and operation mode of the rolling bearing is established with DLL technology which used C + + language as development tool,and the interactive interface of the rolling bearing serialization design based on the CREO platform is successfully developed. Because of that,not only effectively enhance the flexibility of bearing product development,but also provides a technical basis for similar product serialization design and market transformation.
