摘要
互联网+时代,酒店结合无线和物联网技术建设客房智能系统是其转型升级的重要途径。本文分析了酒店行业规范要求和酒店智能产品应用特点,提出无线物联客控系统能提升顾客入住体验,优化服务管理流程,提升酒店服务效率和质量,同时易于建设和维护,有效促进酒店智慧化发展。
In Interact ＋ era, to construct room intelligent system combined with wireless and Internet of things technology is the important way of transformation and upgrading of hotel. This paper analyzes the hotel industry standard requirements and the hotel intelligence product application characteristic, and proposes that wireless content guest control system can improve the customer experience, optimize service management processes, improve efficiency and quality of hotel service, and at the same time it is easy to construct and maintain, so it can effectively promote the hotel intelligence development.
