摘要
随着信息化的发展,大数据逐渐体现出在科学管理方面的优势,这一技术手段为工程项目管理提供了新的提升空间。本文从大数据方向出发,就工程项目的进度、质量、成本进行分析:运用工期进度模型对项目的关键工序进行纠偏与控制、五级量纲理念来确定质量影响因素后,输入数据模型并进行质量控制、再运用挣得值法进行工程项目的趋势预测和进一步的案例分析来论述数据模型在实际工程中的应用。从而解决传统工程项目管理在信息化时代下所面临的挑战。
With the development of informatization, big data gradually shows its advantages in scientific management, and has provided new room for improvement of engineering project management. Starting from the direction of big data, this article analyzes the progress, quality and cost of the engineering project. The timeline model is used for correction and control of the key process of the project and the five-grade dimensional concept is used to determine the quality affecting factors. Then the data model is input and quality control is conducted. Next, earned value method is used for trend prediction of the project and practical cases are used to demonstrate the application of data model in practical project, so that the challenges facing the traditional engineering project in the era of informatization can be solved.
