摘要
在《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计划》与GB13223-2011《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》施行的背景下,超低排放技术被广泛运用,随之带来的是CEMS测量准度与精度不能满足超低排放技术的需求,文章从CEMS测点代表性与颗粒物监测准确性两个方面结合现场监测数据来说明CEMS改进的必要性和措施。
Ultra low emission technology is widely used in the background of″coal-fired power plant ener-gy conservation and emission reduction upgrading and transformation plan″and GB13223-2011″thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards″, at the same time, the degree and accuracy of CEMS meas-urement can not meet the demand of ultra low emission technology.This paper illustrates the necessity and measures of improving CEMS from two aspects on the behalf of CEMS measure point and the particu-late matter monitoring accuracy.
