摘要
目的探讨3D（3-dimension）腹腔镜辅助下直肠癌根治术的手术配合及护理。方法回顾性分析2014年1-6月在解放军总医院实施3D腹腔镜辅助下直肠癌根治术患者10例的临床资料,总结其手术配合要点及护理经验。结果 10例患者手术过程均顺利,无中转开腹,手术时间1.5~3h,手术顺利,术中出血10~20ml,术后安返病房。所有患者术后无并发症发生,随访3个月,未发现转移与复发。结论术前充足的准备、精密仪器的安全操作及细心维护、正确选择仪器安装位置、娴熟的技能、积极主动地配合是取得手术成功的重要条件。
Objective To investigate the experience of operative cooperation and nursing measures in 3Dlaparoscopic assisted colorectal cancer radical correction.Methods The clinical data of 10 cases of 3D-laparoscopic assisted colorectal cancer radical correction surgery were analyzed retrospectively,and conclude the operative cooperation key points and nursing experiences.Results All 10 cases of patients with operation were successfully,without conversion to laparotomy.The operative time was 1.5to 3h.The blood loss during operation was 10 to 20 ml.After operation,they return to the ward safely.No complication occurred.There was no recurrence during the follow up period of 3months.Conclusion Adequate preparation,safe operation of precision instruments and the careful maintenance,the correct choice of instrument installation position,skills,active cooperation are the important conditions for successful operation.
