摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)和Eclipse XDB C18柱,在225 nm波长下,同时分离测定15%氯啶·戊唑醇悬浮剂中的有效成分。结果表明,氯啶菌酯和戊唑醇的线性相关系数分别为0.999 6、0.999 5,标准偏差分别为0.035、0.037,变异系数分别为0.35%、0.74%,平均回收率分别为99.55%、99.21%。
A method for the separation and determination of triclopyricarb + tebuconazole 15% SC was established by HPLC, using methanol and water as mobile phase,with DAD on Eclipse XDB C18 column at 225 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of triclopyricarb and tebuconazole were 0.999 6 and 0.999 5,the standard deviations were 0.035 and 0.037,the variation coefficients were 0.35% and 0.74%,the average recoveries were 99.55% and 99.21%,respectively.
