摘要
研究职业体育与制度问题对于提高职业体育运行的经济绩效具有现实理论意义。试图在梳理我国职业足球发展轨迹和阐述国外发达国家职业足球发展模式的基础上,运用新制度经济学的制度变迁、演化和国家理论等观点,研究我国职业足球制度发展的路径依赖,及国家经济、社会形态及体育发展中各种制度的相互依存关系(互补性)。从历史变迁的角度探析我国职业足球国家需求和民众需求的互惠原理,以实现经济价值、文化价值、人文价值和心理价值为核心利益;从制度演化的视角分析足球项目在传统和职业两种不同模式下的运行关系,尤其是对当今我国足球发展路径的职业模式进行探索;运用博弈论和国家理论对政府和市场在职业足球发展中的角色、职能和权力进行探讨,以启示我国职业足球价值定位及其制度改革。
It is of great significance to study professional sports and policy issues for they contribute to the improvement of the economic performance in professional sports. On the bases of probing into the road of development of professional soccer in China and elaborating the operation mode of professional soccer of foreign developed countries,it makes a research on the dependence of policy development of Chinese professional soccer as well as the interdependent relationship between the all kinds of sports policies in the national and social development under the perspective of neo- institutional economics. From the aspect of historical change,the reciprocity rule of the national needs and the mass needs for the professional soccer will make the key benefit of human value,financial value,cultural value and reassurance. From the view of institutional change,it analyzes the different operation relationship between the traditional and professional modes of soccer,and especially enlightens the professional mode of the developing path on soccer in China now. By adopting the game theory and theory of state,it analyzes the roles,functions and rights of the government and market in the process of the professional soccer＇s development,which will has the positive impact on the value orientation and institutional reform.
