铝盐增强阳离子聚胺对荧光增白剂增白效果消减研究

摘要 采用高阳离子聚胺和铝盐作为荧光增白剂(OBA,Optical Brightening Agent)的消减剂,研究了铝盐强化聚胺对含有荧光增白剂的浆料中荧光效应的去除效果。通过研究发现,在聚胺中加入少量铝盐可大大提高聚胺对荧光增白效应的去除效果,荧光消减率比不加铝盐情况下提高近10个百分点。采用由20%聚胺和10%硫酸铝或氯化铝组成荧光消减剂,对含有0.2%的四磺酸荧光增白剂的漂白阔叶木浆中荧光增白效应进行处理,在1%的加入量情况下,荧光消减率可达65%~90%。 The attenuator for optical brightening agent is compounded by polyamine, the high cationic polymer, and the aluminiurn sulphate. The effect of the aluminium sulphate on enhancing the elimination ofpolyamine, which is used to eliminate the optical brightening agent in the pulp, is reported. The addition of the aluminium sulphate is helpful obviously to eliminate fluorescent The rate of the reduction can be increased by nearly 10 percentage points with the aluminium salts. The rate of reduction of the fluorescent is 65 percent to 90 percent when add 1 percent of the attenuators which are compounds with 20% polyamine and 10% aluminum into the bleached hardwood pulp which contain 0.2% of optical brightening agent.
