摘要
空气质量的信息发布对定量评价城市空气污染状况发挥了重要作用。在分析我国空气质量指数内涵、特点基础上,指出AQI监测项目及发布体系与当前污染复合型特征是吻合的。针对PM2.5判定标准偏松、监测点布局不够合理、空气质量整体评价方法不一等问题,提出了统一评价标准、改进统计方法、优化监测布点和修改颗粒物分级浓度限值等建议。
Air quality information release is essential to quantitative evaluation of air pollution in cities. This paper points out that the AQI monitoring program and distribution system are in line with the characteristics of current pollution complex with the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of air quality index in China. In view of the problems such as the loose PM2.5 judgment standard, unreasonable layout of monitoring points and the varied air quality overall evalu- ation methods, certain suggestions are put forward in this paper that the evaluation standard should be unified, statistical methods be improved, monitoring sites be optimized and the paxticle size fractionation concentration limits be modified.
