摘要
为了提高流速仪检定车调速系统的调速精度,加快调速系统的响应速度,设计一种基于模糊控制的流速仪检定车调速系统,介绍流速仪检定系统的工作原理,并分析常用的双闭环直流调速方法存在的超调大、响应慢等缺点。结合模糊控制方法设计一种检定车调速方法,最后通过仿真及实验,验证所提出方法的有效性。
In order to improve the speed-control precision of the current meter calibration carriage and speed up the response speed of the speed regulation system, this paper designs a speed control system of current meter carriage based on fuzzy control. This paper introduces the working principle of current meter calibration system, and analyzes the commonly used method of double closed loop system speed regulating shortcomings such as big overshoot, slow response. Combining with fuzzy control method, it designs a speed regulation method of calibration carriage. The effectiveness of the proposed method is able to be verified through the simulation and experiment.
