摘要
介绍了耐磨陶瓷的发展,综述了气相沉积法、溶胶凝胶法、自蔓延高温合成法、热喷涂法、高温熔烧法和激光熔覆法六种陶瓷涂层制备方法的原理及研究现状,并展望了耐磨陶瓷涂层的发展趋势和应用前景。
The development of wear-resisting ceramic was introduced. The basic principle and research situations of preparation methods of wear resistant ceramic coatings including chemical vapor deposition,physical vapor deposition,sol-gel, self-propagating high-temperature synthesis, thermal spraying, high-temperature melting and laser cladding were summarized. Finally, the future direction of ceramic coating preparation methods improvement and development were discussed.
