内镜在食管良性穿孔诊治中的应用
摘要
食管穿孔性疾病是临床上的急症与重症之一，如得不到及时诊治，会有较高的死亡率。随着内镜诊治水平及手段的提高，内镜在食管穿孔性疾病诊治中发挥了越来越大的作用。从2007年1月至2014年5月，我院消化内镜中心共接诊食管良性穿孔患者38例，现对其穿孔的原因、内镜下表现及镜下治疗方法进行回顾性总结。
