摘要
由于DCS的故障和维修时间对核电站的影响范围较大,所以研究核岛工艺系统在DCS故障下快速维护,尽量缩短DCS不可用时间就十分有意义。核岛工艺设计者通过对DCS和IO卡件技术原理的学习,研究DCS IO卡件故障原理,基于单一设备故障的假设,综合考虑DCS缺省值及系统失电分析的研究成果,分析得出卡件故障后状态及对核岛工艺系统的影响。另外还可假设特定工况,将相关影响进行叠加,最终得出各类卡件在单一故障或特定故障下对核岛工艺系统的影响以及对应DCS卡件的快速维护及恢复的策略。此策略可以用于指导运行维修人员对DCS卡件故障的快速维修利灰复,也可以用于开发基于专用计算机的DCS卡件的维修平台。
