摘要 针对我国水资源浪费严重,利用率低,监控方式落后,数据采集困难等特点,本文设计了基于GPRS通信的水汽热采集终端。该终端采用飞思卡尔公司的K60芯片为微控制器,下行通信采用了M-bus、RS485等通信方式,采集水表、气表、热表数据;上行通信采用基于GPRS通信方式,将采集到的数据信息回传到主站系统。通过此采集终端,可以很好的将水、气、热的表计数据,通过远程通信与主站服务器相连,实现了对户用流量表计的远程测量和控制,有效的防止资源浪费,大大提高了流体抄读的智能化程度。该装置设计成本低,监控效果好,适合在居民区中使用。 In view of the serious waste of water resources in China, the use of low, monitoring way backward, data acquisition difficulties and other characteristics, this paper designs a water vapor heat acquisition terminal based on GPRS communication. The terminal uses the fly think of Carl K60 chip as the micro controller, communication down link the M-BUS, RS485 communication mode, collecting water meter and gas meter, heat meter data; upstream communication using based on GPRS communication mode, the collected data information is transmitted to the main station system. Through this acquisition terminal, can very good the water, gas, heat table data, connected through remote communication with the master server, realized to households with flow meter remote measurement and control, which can effectively prevent the waste of water resources, greatly improving the fluid reading of the intelligent degree. The design of the device is low, and the monitoring effect is good, which is suitable for the residential area.
