摘要
国外知名大学的成功经验表明,在高校内部建立教师教学发展组织是促进教师教学发展、推动高校教学改革、提高人才培养质量的重要举措。在全面深化高等教育综合改革的进程中,作为一个新生事物、一个新型组织,教师教学发展中心的出现恰逢其时。如何更好地规划设计是各教学中心建设中共同面临的紧迫问题。基于国内外的实践经验,高校教师教学发展中心的建设应坚持"支持性"、"整体性"、"服务性"、"差异化"原则,以期为高校内涵式发展、特色化发展提供保障。
The successes experiences of international famous universities indicate that it' s a vital step to establish the Center for Faculty Development in universities so as to improve the educational development, teaching reform and teaching quality. In the process of deepening teaching reform of universities in an all - round way, as a newborn organization with new style, the Center for Faculty Development appears in time. It' s a common pressing problem for each center to search how to design and plan the center well. Base on the domestic and international practical experience, the establishment of Center for Faculty Development should insist on the supportive principle, integral principle, service principle as well as the differentiation for the internal development and characteristic development of universities.
