摘要
对美国山核桃(Carya illinoinensis)与山核桃(C.cathayensis)叶片的次生性挥发性物质进行比较和分析,结果发现:两种植物共鉴定出50种化合物,其中美国山核桃叶片中的挥发性种类较多,达到35种,而山核桃叶片中挥发性物质种类相对较少,为19种;两种植物叶片中的挥发性物质的组成具有共同特点:主要由醇类、酯类、烷烃类和少量的有机酸类、胺类有机物质构成,且丙三醇是挥发性物质的主要成分(占60%以上);美国山核桃与山核桃在抗虫性表现上有差异,这可能与美国山核桃叶片具较高的醇类挥发性物质而山核桃具较高的酯类挥发性物质有关。
Determinations were conducted on volatile substances in leaves of Carya illinoensis and C. cathayensis. The result demonstrated that there were 35 types of volatile substances in leaves of C. illinoensis, and 19 types in leaves of C. cathayensis. Their components were mainly alcohols, esters, alkane and a small number of organic acid, amine. Glycerin was the major components of volatile substances(more than 60%). The difference of insect resistance between tested species may be influenced by higher content of alcohols in leave of C. illinoensis and higher esters content in leaves of C. cathayensis.
