摘要
在分析即墨市周边产业布局及物流需求的基础上,研究即墨铁路物流中心总图方案,包括功能区划分、用地规模、功能布局,并提出开发建设时序的建议。结合物流结构和周边基础设施条件,提出即墨铁路物流中心设置公铁联运区、综合服务区、冷链物流区、公路集散区、综合仓储区、城市配送区的建议。作为物流中心的重要组成部分,规划物流中心内部的"一主一次"干路骨架网,辅以多条支路作为补充。最后给出由物流中心生产业务平台、服务平台、公共物流信息平台和济南铁路局物流综合服务平台组成的物流中心信息化方案。
Based on analyzing the industrial layout and logistic demand surrounding Jimo city, this paper studies the general layout plan of Jimo railway logistic center, including division of function zones, scale of land use and function layout, and puts forward the suggestion of developing construction time sequence. Combining with conditions of logistic structure and surrounding infrastructure, the paper puts forward the suggestions of establishing road-rail intermodal transport zone, comprehensive service zone, cold-chain logistic zone, road collecting and distributing zone, comprehensive warehousing zone and urban delivery zone for Jimo railway logistic center. As the important composition part of logistic center, the framework network with ‘one primary and one auxiliary＇ trunk line inside logistic center was planned, which supplied with multiple branch lines. In the end, the informationization plan of logistic center composed with production operation platform of logistic center, service platform, information platform of public logistics and the logistic comprehensive service platform in Ji＇nan Railway Administration was provided in the paper.
