摘要
中国西部毗邻中亚、南亚。基于国际政治的关联性,更应该合并西亚整体观照,但没有一个现成的术语,姑以"大西亚"名之。这一区域历史上一直就不安宁,而且多为外力所强加。冷战后的这20来年,"大西亚"区域安全威胁的主要根源在于美国对外行霸道。中国不谋求区域霸权,但为了自身的安全和利益,当积极构筑一个国际安全屏障。历史证明,俄罗斯不至于成为独霸"大西亚"的威胁,因而可以成为维护这一区域安全稳定的合作力量。中国当强化与俄罗斯的战略协作关系。
Western China is next door to the Central and South Asia. For the inter-relations of international politics, the West Asia should also be integrated and taken as a whole. Without a ready-made name, ＂Mega-West Asia＂ is coined tentatively to cover it in this paper. This region is far from peace in history, which is imposed by external forces. For 20 years from the end of the cold war, the main source of security threats in ＂Mega-West Asia＂ results from American hegemony. China does not seek hegemony, but for the sake of national security and benefit, China should advocate actively building an international security blockade in this region. It is evident historically that Russia can not go so far as to be a dictator in ＂Mega-West Asia＂ , therefore, it can be a cooperative power to maintain the regional safety and stability. China should strengthen the strategic and cooperative partnership with Russia.
