摘要
当前中央要求各级纪检监察机构落实全面从严治党的要求,就是要把纪律和规矩挺在法律前面,立起来、严起来、执行到位,转变执纪方式,监督执纪问责都要冲着纪律去,用纪律管住大多数党员干部。纪检监察机构开展信访监督工作,就是结合运用党内组织监督和群众监督的重要途径,对于纪检监察机构按照党章要求回归本职,增强党员领导干部的廉洁自律意识,心怀戒惧、行有所止,真正做到守纪律、讲规矩有重要的意义。
Diseipline supervisory orgarfs petition oversight requires combining inner--party organizational supervision with public supervision, basing on its duty in accordance with the Party Constitution, strengthening the consciousness of honesty and self--discipline among the Party members as well as leading cadres to make them well--behaved.
