摘要
版权保护是高校数字化文库建设中必须认真对待的重要法律问题,而作为文库资源建设和服务主体的图书馆在此领域普遍缺乏科学、深入、系统的实践。以现行法律规范为基础,通过对高校图书馆与百度公司版权角色,以及高校文库和"百度文库"的资源采集模式、信息揭示方法、服务对象及服务范围的比较,尤其是结合对"百度文库"相关版权纠纷案件的分析,总结经验教训,可以促进图书馆对法律法规的知悉、正确理解、掌握及合理运用,对开展文库版权管理提供有益的借鉴。
Copyright protection is an important legal issue of university digital library of the work must be taken seriously, and as a library building library resources and services in this area, the main general lack of scientific practice, in-depth, systematic.
