摘要
目的:观察和分析醒脑开窍针刺法在小儿脑病患者中的临床医疗效果.方法:选择我院2010-02/2014-01收治的50例小儿脑病患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组(n=25)与对照组(n=25).实验组采用醒脑开窍针刺法进行治疗;对照组采用常规方法进行治疗.分析与研究试验对象的临床医疗情况,并且进行综合疗效评定.结果:实验组的治疗总有效率为92.5%,而对照组仅为75.5%,实验组的患儿具有明显优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:开窍醒脑针刺法对于小儿脑病患儿具有很好的临床医疗效果,可以有效缓解患者的病情,在今后的小儿脑病临床治疗中值得参考.
AIM:To observe and analyze the clinical therapeutic effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of children with encephalopathy. METHODS: A total of 50 cases of infantile encephalopathy ( HIE) in our hospital from 2013 February to 2014 January were selected as the observation object, which were ran?domly divided into experimental group ( n=25) and control group ( n = 25 ) . The experimental group received Xingnao Kaiqiao ( XNKQ) acupuncture treatment, while the control group were giv?en routine treatment. RESULTS:The therapeutic efficiency of the experimental group was 92. 5%, while the control group was only 75. 5%. The difference was statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) . CONCLUSION: Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method for infantile encephalopathy has good clinical effect, which can effectively alleviate the patient's condition, and it is worthy of reference in clinical therapy of infantile encephalopathy in future.
