摘要
目的:分析不同喉显微手术术式治疗声带息肉的临床效果.方法:选取我院2010-03/2014-03收治的120例声带息肉患者,按手术术式不同分为甲组(n=60)和乙组(n=60),甲组采用显微支撑喉镜治疗,乙组采用纤维喉镜治疗,对两组术式治疗效果进行分析.结果:甲组患者治疗有效率、一次切除成功率高于乙组,嗓音恢复时间及复发率较乙组更低(P<0.05).结论:在声带息肉治疗中,显微支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜均能实现不错的临床效果,显微支撑喉镜有利于提高治愈率、缩短嗓音恢复时间、改善患者生活质量,具有重要的应用价值.
AIM: To analyze the clinical effect of different laryngeal microsurgery for vocal cord polyps. METHODS:A toal of 120 cases of vocal cord polyp patients admitted in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2014 were divided to group A ( n=60) and group B ( n=60) according to the method of operation. The group A received the treatment of micro?laryngoscope, while group B were given the treatment of fiber?laryngoscope, and the therapeutic effect of two groups were analyzed. RESULTS: The efficiency rate and the resection of the success rate in group A is higher than that in group B. And the voice restoration time and recurrence rate compared with B group were lower ( P<0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION: In the treatment of polyp of vocal cord, micro?laryngoscope and fiber?laryngoscope can achieve good clinicaleffect, and the treatment of micro laryngoscope is helpful to improve the cure rate, shorten the recovery time of voice, which can improve the quality of life of patients, and has impor?tant application value.
