摘要
基于冗余技术的并行原理,在三舱段分析模型的基础上,进行单舷侧散货船舷侧局部结构失效路径判断,并基于后屈曲理论和非线性有限元方法,应用储备冗余度因子R2作为结构冗余度的表达形式,对单舷侧散货船舷侧局部结构冗余度进行研究。研究表明:本文初步得到单舷侧散货船舷侧局部结构的2条失效路径符合实际,其中肋骨首先失效,会随即引起舷侧结构整体失效,需要引起关注;冗余度计算结果说明目标船的舷侧局部结构冗余度不满足要求,与本文失效路径判断的结果一致。本文方法可为船舶舷侧局部结构的冗余度分析和设计提供参考。
Based on the parallel principle of redundancy technology and the analysis model of three compartment,the failure path for the side local structure of single side bulk carrier have been analyzed,and the structure redundancy for the side local structure have been investigated using the redundancy reserve factor R2 and based on the post-buckling theory and nonlinear finite element method. The results show that the two failure paths conform to the actual situation,and the frame failure can lead to the overall structural failure which should pay more attention to. And the results of the redundancy for the side local structure of target ship cannot meet the requirement which agree well with the results of failure path. The method of this paper can provide reference for the side local structure redundancy analysis and design.
