摘要
目的:观察高频电波刀(LEEP)联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈病变的疗效及并发症情况。方法:选取116例病例随机分为两组,对照组55例和观察组61例。观察组实施LEEP刀联合干扰素凝胶治疗,对照组LEEP术前术后均不用干扰素凝胶。观察两组治愈率、愈合时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治愈时间(5.2±1.8)周短于对照组(8.2±1.2)周(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率6.56%低于对照组的29.09%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LEEP术后联合使用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈病变有助于创面愈合,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To observe the efficacy of LEEP knife in combination with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in treatment of cervical lesions and the complication. Method 116 cases of patients with cervical lesions in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group（55）, the observation group（61）,the observation group 20 days before surgery clean the vulva before going to bed,push interferon to gel fornix with propeller,once 1g every two days,after LEEP surgery put 1g recombinant human interferon α-2b gel on the cervical canal wound,leave 1g vaginal behind vault 1g every other day,a total of 20 days.The control group were without interferon gel before and after surgery.Both of two group received TCT cytology and colposcopy biopsy preoperative exclude high-level cervical lesions and cancer, in 3d ~ 7d after menstruation clean received LEEP surgery,the healing time and the incidence of postoperative complications of patients in two groups were observed.Result The treatment group healing time 5.2 ± 1.8w was shorter than that of the control group 8.2 ± 1.2w,the difference has statistically significant（t = 5.236,P 0.05）,the incidence of postoperative complications of patients in two groups has significant differences. Conclusion LEEP surgery joint use of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel, can significantly accelerate wound healing and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,has worth of promoting.
