静止同步补偿器微水泄漏检测装置的设计

摘要 为保证高压密闭环境中运行的静止同步补偿器运行安全,需在现有水冷系统保护的基础上研制微水泄漏检测装置。利用泄漏水将传感器探针短路,将漏水问题转化为电路问题。通过集水槽和传感器探头的设计,实现了泄漏水的微量检测。集水槽和漏水传感器探头分散布置,漏水检测板、开关电源、交流电源和旋转指示灯集约化配置,以保证整个集装箱内全范围的漏水监测。该微水泄漏检测装置的研制,可提升设备运行安全性。 In order to ensure operation security of static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)in closed high pressure environment,it is necessary to develop micro-water leakage detection device on the basis of existing water cooling system protection.Leakage water was used for short circuit of sensor probe which might transform leakage problem intro circuit problem.By means of design on collection trough and sensor probe,it was able to realize trace detection on leakage.Collection trough and leakage sensor probe was dispersedly configured while the switching power supply,alternative current power source and rotating lights were centralized so as to ensure leakage monitoring inside the whole container.Development of this microwater leakage detection device might improve operational security of equipments.
