摘要
研制了新型的液力变矩器试验系统。该系统最大的特点是节能,不仅可从零到最大试验转速平滑无极调节,还可将加载电力测功机的能量反馈给驱动电机。试验台的自动化程度高,人机界面友好,可进行液力变矩器的性能和寿命试验。
This article designed and developed a new type of fluid torque converter test system. The main feature of this system was energy saving,which could realize not only smooth poleless speed regulation from zero to the maximum test speed, but also the energy feedback from the load power dynamometer to drive motor. The test bench has the features of a high degree of automation ,friendly man-machine interface, and which can carry on the performance test and life test of the fluid torque converters.
