高反应人群应用拮抗剂方案就可避免OHSS发生吗? 被引量:9

摘要 在控制性超排卵过程中,卵巢高反应患者易发生卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)。循证医学证据表明拮抗剂方案能够显著降低卵巢高反应患者OHSS的发生率。但拮抗剂方案并不是绝对安全有效的,其并不能完全避免OHSS的发生。本文将就在卵巢高反应人群拮抗剂方案与OHSS的发生及其在卵巢高反应人群中的应用方面加以综述。 During controlled ovarian hyperstimulation,ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)is more likely to occur in the high ovarian responders.Evidence-based data have proved that GnRHantagonist protocol can reduce the incidence of OHSS in high ovarian responders.However,the GnRHantagonist protocol can not absolutely eliminate the occurrence of OHSS.This article summarizes the relationship between GnRH-antagonist protocol and OHSS in high ovarian responders.
