货物贸易外汇监测的重点是货物流与资金流是否匹配。本文结合案例,对监管实践中货物流与资金流相背离的原因进行了分析和总结,并提出相关监管建议。
The emphasis of monitoring the foreign exchange of trade in goods is whether the goods flow matches the capital flow. Combining with the case, the paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons why the goods flow deviates from the capital flow in the reg-ulatory practice, and puts forward relevant regulatory suggestions.
