摘要
结合型钢混凝土结构存在的开裂现象,按照有无栓钉分两组设计制作了6根型钢混凝土梁。分别对这些梁进行了两点受弯静力加载试验,对各梁的开裂荷载、受拉区型钢翼缘和纵筋的荷载应变关系以及最大裂缝宽度进行了研究。结果表明,在型钢翼缘和腹板上设置栓钉,能够有效控制型钢混凝土的裂缝宽度。
With the cracking phenomenon of steel reinforced concrete structure,6 steel reinforced concrete beams are designed and manufactured,and divided into two groups in accordance with or without shear studs. 2-points loading test on static bending of the beams are carried out to study the cracking load,relationship of load and strain at the flange of steel and the longitudinal reinforcement in the tensile part and the maximum crack width of the beams. The result shows that the set of shear studs on the steel flange and web is able to effectively control the crack width of the steel reinforced concrete beams.
