摘要
以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,聚乙二醇(PEG)为软段,合成了一种聚氨酯缔合增稠剂(HEUR),并用FTIR对HEUR的结构进行了表征;研究了不同工艺条件对反应速率的影响,详细探讨了亲水链长度、原料配比及HEUR质量分数对增稠剂性能的影响。结果表明,当配比为IPDI∶PEG-6000∶正十六醇=2∶1∶2,催化剂的加入量0.2%时,预聚反应温度80℃,反应时间3 h;扩链反应温度为80℃,反应时间2 h;封端反应温度为80℃,反应时间3 h,为最优工艺条件。在此条件下,能够合成得到综合性能较好的缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂。
Polyurethane associative thickener (HEUR) was synthesized with isophorone diisocynate (IPDI) as the hard segment and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as the soft segment, and HEUR's structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared. The influences of different process conditions on the reaction rate were studied. The influences of hydrophilical chain length, the ratio of raw material and the mass ratio of HEUR on the thickening property were discussed in detail. Results showed that, with the ratio of IPDI : PEG-6000 : positive hexadecanol of 2 : 1 : 2, and the catalyst amount of 0. 2% , the pre-polymerization temperature was 80 ℃ and the reaction time was 3 h ; with extender chain reaction temperature of 80 ℃, the reaction time was 2 h; with sealing side reaction temperature of 80 ℃, the reaction time was 3 h, which were the optimal process conditions. Under the conditions, associative polyurethane thickener with comprehensive performance could be synthesized.
