封闭式负压引流结合关节腔冲洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎 被引量：6

摘要 目的 探讨封闭负压吸引（VSD）技术结合关节腔内冲洗在膝关节感染治疗中的效果.方法 对87例化脓性膝关节炎患者行切开清创,VSD联合生理盐水持续冲洗术,随访观察这一方法的平均住院日期、术后复发情况及膝关节功能评分,评估其治疗效果.结果 87例膝关节感染患者行清创后封闭负压引流结合关节腔冲洗术,79例获得随访,术后随访1～1.5年无复发.随访关节功能结果：优秀36例,良好36例,差7例.平均治疗时间14.3天.结论 膝关节感染使用VSD联合关节腔冲洗引流充分,可促进创面愈合,能够较好的控制膝关节感染,缩短治疗周期.
